We are seeking an experienced hospitality expert to conduct a feasibility study for adding a fast-paced, but high-quality takeaway coffee shop to our existing retail store in Toronto. The proposed café will offer a simple takeaway menu focused on hot and cold coffee beverages and soft drinks, with minimal indoor and outdoor street-side seating. The goal is to utilise our existing space and owned fixtures and fittings with minimal Capex investment.
We anticipate this project to involve 30–40 hours of work and include the following deliverables:
You’ll have a wealth of experience in hospitality consulting in Toronto, with a comprehensive understanding of the local requirements and, ideally, have relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, building inspection or hospitality management credentials). Experience working with independent coffee shops and opening new locations is beneficial.
You’re well-networked and available to take on this project immediately. Within your application, please outline your fee proposal, including any anticipated expenses.
